The new vertical molding machine has been launched.
Our company has newly launched a new production line for manufacturing low-pressure industrial suction and discharge hoses. The process involves using an inner tube (there are also extruded types), rotating the left and right sides to wind the fabric, wind the steel wire, wind the middle film, then rotate the left and right sides again to wind the fabric and the outer rubber layer, and finally wind the water cloth. It is a one-time molding process.
This equipment can replace the traditional horizontal forming machines and has a production efficiency that is three times that of the horizontal forming machines.
The vertical forming machine is a patented product independently developed by our company. It has changed the winding method of the traditional horizontal forming machine. The vertical forming machine adopts the method where the tube body does not rotate, while the sheet material and wire are hung on the rotating disc for continuous winding. This greatly improves the efficiency of tube winding, and this equipment adopts a full servo control scheme. The first major advantage is that the tension of all sheet materials and wires is a constant value. This compensates for the defect of different axial tensions of sheet materials and wires. The second major advantage is that while improving efficiency, because the problem of unstable tube body caused by tube rotation has been eliminated, the precision of the tube body has been greatly improved.
