Analysis of Steel Wire Braiding Machine Device
The working principle of the wire braiding machine is to drive the machine head to realize the interval forward and reverse rotation through the motor, the winding part releases the wire, and the traction machine pulls the linear motion of the core. By adjusting the continuously variable transmission to match the traction speed with the spindle speed, the wire bundle is wound on the hose at a certain angle to achieve winding.
The winding part of the wire braiding machine: mainly composed of the machine head part, the winding part, the die part, the traction device, the transmission system and the electrical and automatic control parts. The winding part is mainly fixed on the machine head. The spindle shaft is installed on the front and back sides of the winding disk. The steel wire spindle is installed on the spindle shaft and can rotate freely. The spindle shaft is equipped with a pin to prevent the spindle from falling off. The spindle shaft is evenly distributed along the circumference of the winding disk with the same turning radius. When the winding disk runs at high speed, it ensures that the centrifugal force of each spindle when releasing the wire tends to be consistent, which is conducive to tension control and speed increase. A safety cover is provided on the outer periphery of the winding disk to prevent accidents during work.
1. Mouth part: The mouth part is a split-flap structure. When part is damaged, it can be partially replaced. The whole part can be adjusted forward and backward. The electric operation box is fixed on this part.
2. Traction device: The traction device of the wire winding machine was pneumatic before improvement, and its clamping force was adjusted by the pressure regulating valve of the pressurized cylinder. The tensioning cylinder is used to tension the chain. The tensioning force is adjusted by the tensioning cylinder pressure regulating valve. The clamping belt that can automatically center is pulled by the continuously variable transmission regulator. The effect is not very obvious. After the transformation, it is mainly composed of a covering belt, a sleeve roller chain clamping and a transmission device. There is a vulcanized oil-resistant rubber fast on the traction covering belt. It has the characteristics of good plasticity, high strength and good wear resistance. The rubber fast is arranged closely, and the contact surface of the traction clamping is large, so that the winding hose is evenly stressed. When covering the belt, a pair of closed worm gears and worm mechanisms are used to drive the traction sprocket for relative movement. The transmission device of the clamping traction part is provided with a handwheel and a handle for clamping and adjusting the continuously variable transmission. The traction speed is changed by changing the continuously variable transmission. When adjusting the stroke, the machine must be started first, and then the stepless speed change hand wheel is turned to meet certain process requirements. The clamping of the traction chain adopts spring automatic clamping. The clamping force is indicated by the pointer and can be adjusted by itself. The tensioning chain uses a top screw. At the same time, horizontal traction is adopted to effectively prevent the deviation of the hose caused by the gravity of the hose.
3. Transmission part: The machine adopts AC motor as the power, which is controlled by frequency converter. The speed increase is smooth at startup. The transmission shaft adopts hydraulic coupling to isolate torsional vibration. The operating handle can make the winding disk have different speeds to achieve forward, reverse and parking states. The Chinese rubber part is set at the end of the main shaft, and the fiber separation disk is set at the front end. The transmission system is different because the diameters of the four winding layers of the four-disc winding machine are not equal, and the winding strokes of the four winding disks are the same, so the winding angles of each layer are different. This machine uses a 54°44 comprehensive balance angle belt to meet the process requirements. The wound hose is clamped and pulled forward by the clamping traction. The traction speed can be changed by changing the handle at the bottom of the traction. According to the hose winding diameter and winding angle, the continuously variable transmission is adjusted with a hand wheel to change the stroke. When adjusting the stroke, the machine must be started first, and then the continuously variable speed hand wheel is turned to measure the size of the winding pitch until the process requirements are met to ensure the quality of the wound hose.
4. Electrical and automatic control: Since the introduction of a new high-efficiency and energy-saving variable frequency speed regulation system, the steel wire hose winding machine uses a frequency converter to regulate the speed. This speed regulation system not only overcomes the above shortcomings, but also improves safety and reliability. When starting the machine, you can press the control button from the operating panel of each plate, and the pre-alarm bell will issue an instruction. After the operator receives the instruction, he operates the potentiometer of the control box to make the motor run, which improves safety and avoids accidents. When stopping, the stop button of the operating box and the control cabinet can be manipulated. After stopping, the potentiometer must be restored to zero, so that faults can be found at any time and shut down at any time to reduce losses.
5. Lubrication system: The wire winding machine has an automatic lubrication system and a manual lubrication system. The head part is equipped with automatic lubrication, and the perspective hole can be observed during operation; the sprocket and screw of the traction part are refueled once per shift.
6. Inspection and safety protection before operation: Before work, check whether the handle position is correct. The speed change handles must not be turned when the machine is started, and the infinitely variable speed handwheel must be turned when the machine is started; check whether the wind energy lubrication of each part of the machine is normal. A vibration detector is installed on the main bearing side of the winding machine. When the amplitude of the machine exceeds the specified value, a signal can be issued until the machine stops automatically to prevent damage to the machine parts.
