1. This equipment is manufactured by our company to meet the high standards of pulse pressure and burst pressure of the matching hoses for engineering machinery.
2. Equipped with a universal pre-setting device on the machine, the working conditions of each steel wire wound on the pipe body are consistent, and the sliding friction setting in the market is changed to full-machine rolling friction, and there is no wire breakage during the production process. In addition, the circle diameter and pitch can be accurately set in place according to the process requirements and the internal stress of the steel wire can be removed at the same time, ensuring the flexibility of the pipe body and the uniformity of the inner diameter of the pipe body.
3. The luxurious work cabin is made of industrial aluminum alloy, which is dustproof, dry and safe. (Automatic start-stop access control system and constant temperature system are optional systems).
4. Adjustable spool set, equipped with CNC tension tester, to make the tension of all steel wires in the whole machine uniform.
5. Microcomputer plus servo motor precision control not only enables the production equipment to automatically produce according to the process, but also ensures that the key data of the winding hose - circle diameter, pitch, and stroke are within micron error. The production process can be stopped and started at will, and the data will not be affected at all.
6. The equipment is fully automatic computer controlled. One person can supervise multiple devices at the same time. The production efficiency is twice that of other similar products, which greatly reduces the production cost.
