This product mainly produces industrial pipes such as chemical pipes, suction and discharge pipes, sandblasting pipes, dredging pipes, and marine floating pipes. This equipment is divided into two structures, one is a horizontal forming machine and the other is a vertical forming machine. Both can complete the manufacturing of industrial pipes with high quality. With the changes in the international market, more and more pipe manufacturers have ordered the pipe forming machines produced by our company. Our company has been developing and producing this equipment for 20 years, and a series of production and process problems have been thoroughly improved during this period.

[ Technical Points ]
This product is a patented product independently developed by our company. It changes the winding method of the traditional horizontal forming machine. The vertical forming machine adopts the method that the tube body does not rotate, and the sheets and wires are hung on the rotating disk for rotational winding, which greatly improves the efficiency of tube winding. In addition, this equipment adopts full servo control. The first major advantage is that the tension of all sheets and wires is a constant value, which makes up for the defect of different tensions of the large and small axes of sheets and wires. The second major advantage is that while improving the efficiency, the accuracy of the tube is greatly improved because the instability of the tube caused by the rotation of the tube is eliminated.

The support frame at the rear of each plate is changed to the Korean winding bracket form. 4. The minimum size is 16mm and the maximum size is 102mm; 5. Equipped with rope winding equipment; 6. Stopping with material break alarm, the stop delay is 3-5S; 7. The equipment is changed to a sliding door, and the door is enlarged to facilitate loading and unloading of materials. 8. The roots of all tension rods are thickened. 9. Therefore, the tension swing rods all use high-precision planetary reducers without springs. |
